Production Supervisor

Our client, in the field of recycling (metal, plastic..), is looking for a Production Supervisor for their new plant.

• Plan, coordinate and control the work to be done;
• Participate in the evaluation of the processes under your responsibility, propose corrective actions and implement continuous improvement actions;
• Ensure the application of health and safety procedures at work;
• Complete and send various documents required as part of your daily duties;
• Participate in the hiring of personnel and promote development of employee skills.

Requirements:

• DEC in Operations Management or relevant training;
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing sector;
• Experience in plastics processing;
• Experience in a unionized environment;
• Possibility of working weekends to assist the plant manager before the opening;
• French, functional English.
