Disaster Recovery Estimator

Our client, a disaster restoration expert, is looking for a Disaster Recovery Estimator for residential construction.
- Visit building sites;
- Read plans and specifications;
- Prepare reconstruction estimates with Xactimate;
- Verify insurance quotes;
- Quantity take-offs;
- Invite subcontractors to bid, request quotes from suppliers;
- Establish reconstruction costs (budget);
- Assist project managers in opening files and follow up on ongoing files.
Requirements:
- DEP in Construction;
- At least 1 year of experience in residential construction;
- Knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis;
- Experience with MS Office;
- Asset: Post-disaster experience;
- French, functional English.
