IT Support Specialist

Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for an IT Support Specialist.

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
• Repair or replace damaged equipment;
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Upgrade systems to enable use of compatible software;
• Provide company-wide technical support (in person or by phone) to all entities in Canada;
• Create accounts for new users;
• Perform testing on new hardware and software;
• Define software, hardware and network requirements.

Requirements:

• DEC or DEP in Computer Science;
• 3 years of support experience on applications, software, PC and Mac environment, MS Word;
• Bilingual.
