Buyer Planner

Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Buyer Planner

• Requisition materials and finished product from outside vendors;
• Confer with departments regarding requirements, specifications, quantities, and quality of materials and delivery requirements;
• Expedite and follow-up activities to ensure delivery as required;
• Maintain file of catalogues, and price lists;
• Prepare reports and analyses related to planning, inventories and warehouse management;
• Assist with special projects related to new processes;
• Assist in maintaining the accuracy of data base;
• Ensure compliance with the company policies and relevant laws and regulations;
• Maintain positive collaboration with employees, customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Operations Management or relevant training;
• 2 years of experience in purchasing, or business management, or inventory control;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Bilingual.
