Stationary Machine Mechanic Class 2

Our client, a well-established company in real estate, is looking for a Class 2 Stationary Machine Mechanic

• Operation of power plant systems including cooling, heating, compressed air and ultra pure water systems;
• Inspect power plant systems to ensure that equipment is functional according to its design capabilities and environmental conditions established by the customer;
• Supervise and inspect the work of external contractors;
• Perform preventive and emergency repairs and maintenance as assigned;
• Review assigned work orders. estimate the time and materials required to complete repairs. Order materials and supplies required to complete tasks;
• Maintain an energy management program;
• Respond quickly to emergency situations.

Requirements:

• DEP and Class 2B Stationary Engineer card;
• Experience on various thermal plant systems such as the cooling (chillers), heating (steam boilers), compressed air and electricity generation systems. ultra pure water;
• Familiar with the use of operator interface software and computer-aided maintenance management;
• Ability to work in confined spaces, with a stepladder and under various climatic conditions. Able to carry heavy loads of at least 50 lbs;
• French.
