Production Supervisor

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing field, is looking for a Production Supervisor.

• Verifiy the work to be done and determines needed manpower, material and supplies;
• Establish work methods according to production needs;
• Make personnel recommendations such as promotions, transfers, dismissals and disciplinary actions;
• Manage the training of workers or monitors the training given;
• Ensure the preparation of machinery and equipment and verify work orders, specifications and technical estimates;
• Coordinate the work of the employees under your responsibility;
• Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with established standards, inspect raw materials received, ensure the quality of finished products;
• Prepare reports related to production, work progress, etc. and make recommendations.

Requirements:

• DEC or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or Production Management;
• 3 years of relevant experience in personnel management, mainly in the areas of planning, control and mechanics;
• French, functional English.
