Mechanical Engineer

Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for technical support (70%) and quality (30%).

• Review project submission files to facilitate approval process by engineers;
• Create and communicate technical information to the customer, and drawings when required;
• Participate in R&D projects - Research products, evaluate products available on the market and help develop new products or improve existing ones;
• Help anyone in the company who has specific engineering calculation needs;
• Collaborate with sales and production departments to solve problems;
• Participate in ISO internal audits;
• Investigate customer complaints and non-compliance issues;
• Perform quality inspections when assigned;
• Help develop test procedures and perform various tests on products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering;
• 1 year of experience in technical support in a manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Solid Works;
• Asset: Experience with quality systems and ISO internal audit;
• Bilingual.
