Maintenance Technician (Rotating Shift)

Our client, a well-established company in real estate, is looking for a Mechanic Technician.

• Provide general preventive maintenance and repairs to building, industrial systems, equipment and grounds;
• Perform daily preventive and emergency repairs and maintenance as assigned. Complete repair and maintenance logs as required;
• Review subcontracted work orders; estimate the time and materials required to carry out the repairs; order materials and supplies required to complete all tasks;
• Provide assistance with the installation and modification of building equipment;
• Assist with repairs and issues related to buildings, including plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, stores and HVAC systems;
• Inspect new buildings to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations;
• Maintain the lighting system in all facilities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanics or Electromechanics;
• At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance;
• French.

Schedule : Rotating shifts on weekly schedule.
