Senior Ventilation Estimator

Our client, a contractor specializing in ventilation for the construction industry, is looking for a Senior Ventilation Estimator.
- Supervise the estimating team;
- Evaluate the time required to carry out the work, and prepare budgets;
- Optimize the evaluation of materials, labor, subcontractors and expenses;
- Design ventilation systems for turnkey bids;
- Make company presentations to clients;
- Participate in site visits in order to get precise information needed for project estimates;
- Participate in the business development process;
- Provide technical and logistical support to construction sites.
Requirements:
- DEC in Building Mechanics;
- 5 years of experience as a ventilation estimator or CVAC estimator;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Possibility of telecommuting;
- Vehicle provided for site visits;
- French, functional English.
