Architectural Technologist

Our client, a well-established company in the architectural field (interior design), is looking for an Architectural Technologist.

• Carry out verification and architectural survey of spaces to be developed;
• Develop plans and technical specifications;
• Assist the project manager in the design of technical details and in the evaluation of construction costs and preparation of budget estimates;
• Supervise the site;
• Prepare documents, drawings and specifications necessary for modifications required during the execution of the work;
• Perform final site inspections and write-up lists of deficiencies.

Requirements:

• DEC in Architecture;
• 5 years of experience in corporate interior design;
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit;
• Site experience;
• French, functional English.
