Project Manager - Interior Design

Our client, a well-established company in the architectural field (interior design and layout for commercial, institutional, etc.), is looking for a Project Manager/Designer.

• Management and coordination of projects assigned to the team;
• Customer needs assessment;
• Presentation of proposed concepts to the client;
• Management, coordination and verification of technical plans before issuance for tenders and construction;
• Production of the documents required for project implementation, such as descriptive specifications, functional and technical program, budget and others
• Responsible for space planning (pre-rental and layout plans)
• Responsible for validating the conformity of the proposed layouts
• Complete management of the furniture phase, including visits to showrooms;
• Site supervision, monitoring and coordination;
• Management of relationships with clients and all external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• DEC or BAC in Architecture or Interior Design;
• 10+ years of experience in interior design;
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit;
• Ability to conceptualize ideas through sketches and illustrations;
• Excellent understanding of technical construction details and cabinet making;
• Asset: knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office;
• French, functional English.
