Chief Drafter

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing field, is looking for a Chief Drafter.

• Supervise daily activities of a technical team of 7 people;
• Management of team's work schedules and approval of overtime;
• Align priorities to respect deadlines;
• Collaborate with Operations in planning and maintaining operations flow;
• Follow-up on missing or pending items for the fulfillment of orders and inventory adjustment;
• Attend daily production meetings;
• Intervene in the settlement of disputes with representatives and/or clients;

Requirements:

• DEC in Architecture or related field;
• 3 years of experience as an AutoCad 3D drafter;
• At least 1 year experience in team management in architecture;
• Assets: Experience with Sketch-up and interior stairs;
• French.
