Inside Sales Representative

Our client delivers custom automation solutions. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support external salespeople in developing sales with customers and distributors located in Quebec, Canada and the United States.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Provide customer phone support;
• Prepare quotes according to customer needs;
• Technical support at the first point of contact for engineers, buyers and maintenance technicians.

Requirements:

• DEP in Electromechanics or DEC in Automation and Controls or in a related field;
• Experience in technical support and customer service;
• Strong knowledge and skills in mechanics and/or electricity;
• Knowledge of pneumatic automation equipment, sensors, motors, gearboxes, servomotors, controls, circuit breakers, control panels;
• Bilingual.
