Electrotechnician (Night Shift)

Our client, a large manufacturer of metal products, is looking for an Electrical Technician on the night shift, (training done on day shift).

• Installation, maintenance and repair of various electronic and electrical devices;
• Maintenance of building electrical systems;
• Reading and drafting of electrical plans and sketches.

Requirements:

• DEC in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Automation or Instrumentation and Control, or Industrial Electricity;
• At least 3 years of experience as an electrotechnician
• C licence or in process of obtaining;
• Ability to read and understand electrical plans and sketches;
• Knowledge of control and automation systems (Allen Bradley);
• Knowledge of instrumentation at the level of detectors, transducers, HMI and motion controllers;
• Knowledge of industrial networking such as ethernet;
• Knowledge of building electrical systems;
• Night premium ($.95/hr);
• French, functional English.
