Dispatcher/Coordinator

Our client is in the HVAC field. They are looking for a Dispatcher.

• Receive service calls, assess and prioritize customer needs and assign a technician to perform the work;
• Plan regular inspection and maintenance visits according to maintenance contracts;
• Follow up with the technicians on work with the customers;
• Evaluate supplier bids and proceed with the purchase and delivery of materials and equipment;
• Plan weekly workloads and adjust according to emergencies;
• Check service reports for repair and maintenance work;
• Control workship inventory, order the necessary equipment;
• Prepare invoicing documents.

Requirements:

• Knowledge or diploma in Refrigeration is an asset;
• 1 year of experience as a dispatcher;
• Able to use computer tools, (knowledge of Maestro is an asset);
• French, functional English.
